Let's create a webinar together. Click Create, then click on air Webinar. Next, select a source for your webinar. I'm going to select the built in streaming studio. Decide if you're just streaming to on air or if you'd like to multi stream to multiple platforms. Write the title and description for your webinar. Next, you have the option to enable registration, live chat and available on demand.

Registration allows you to collect emails and names from your attendees. They won't be able to view the webinar until they've registered. Enable live Chat to have a comment section during your live stream that viewers can comment and then select the date and time. Then click create. Next, you'll see two links. This is for anyone who's going to watch the webinar.
00;00;47;46 - 00;01;05;58
Also known as attendees. The second link is the invite guest link. This will be sent to any guests you want to have with you on screen in the webinar. Make sure you don't send the invite guests link publicly. You only want this to be shared with people you want to have on screen with you. Viewers will just get the viewer link.
00;01;06;28 - 00;01;26;37
Then click continue. If it's an upcoming live webinar, you'll see the Enter studio button. If it's a prerecorded webinar, you'll see the check status page, which allows you to check on the status of your webinar. Click on Share to be able to share the link with your viewers or to embed it on your website. To embed, simply copy this code and pasted it on your website.
00;01;26;51 - 00;01;48;31
To manage registrations, click on the three dots on the right and then click Manage Registration. Here you'll see everyone who's signed up and the status of their registration. To export, just click export CSV. Now let's enter the studio. This is the same streaming art studio that you know and love. You'll see a new share button here, which is just the link to share with your viewers.
00;01;48;52 - 00;02;08;49
You'll also see the destination here. Click on it to manage registration. See your viewer limit and monitor your destination status. Now let's switch to the attendee view. Click on the registration link and you'll see the title and description of the webinar. Fill out your name and email, then click register. It's as easy as that to register for the webinar.
00;02;08;51 - 00;02;26;10
You'll have the option to add it to your calendar and a link to the actual webinar will be sent to your email. The reminder emails are automatically sent to your attendees so that you don't have to worry about reminding them when it's time for the webinar. Your viewers will head to the Google calendar invite or the email with the link to join.
00;02;26;43 - 00;02;47;27
They'll click, join, webinar, and then they'll see this upcoming webinar landing page. It'll have the title description and the live chat on the right. If you've enabled live chat, this page can be accessed 10 minutes before the show. As soon as your webinar goes live, your attendees will be viewing it. They'll see a live symbol to know that it's live and they'll be able to use the live chat.
