Your use of StreamYard Studio Business is subject to the Global Customer Terms (the “Global Terms”) as well as the following specific terms. Any capitalized terms used but not defined herein have the meanings in the Global Terms.
StreamYard Studio Business
1. OVERVIEW
StreamYard Studio Business is a professional live broadcasting solution that can be used with or without the other Products in the Hopin suite.
The StreamYard Studio dashboard and platform generally available at streamyard.com is deemed to be the Platform for purposes of the Global Terms.
2. STREAMYARD STUDIO SERVICES
An “Event” in StreamYard Studio means an online stream initiated on the Platform for onward distribution to one or more endpoint applications, website, or services which the Service live-streams to, or which You connect to or enable integration with (each a “Destination”) in connection with Your use of the Service. Example Destinations include the Hopin Event platform, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook.
Individuals who you invite or actually view your Event are viewers (“Viewers”) and individuals who participate as a guest or otherwise appear in your Events are guests (“Guests”). Viewers and Guests do not create end user accounts on the Platform, but are deemed to be Participants who are subject to the Community Guidelines.
Team Members are individuals who may be your employees or other personnel to whom you may provision a Team Member Seat for the purpose of creating and managing Events within “Workspaces,” a feature of StreamYard Studio Business that enables multiple Team Members to create and/or collaborate on Events.
If you purchase multiple Workspaces and allow a third party (e.g. your own end client if you are an agency) to access a Workspace, you may not allow another third party to access the same Workspace without the express prior permission of both third parties. Otherwise, only one third party may have access to a Workspace and its content and data at one time. Use of StreamYard Studio Business in compliance with this paragraph will not constitute a breach of Sections 1.1 or 6.7 of the Global Terms.
3. FEES AND PAYMENTS
You will be invoiced for any Service You use above the Subscription Plan limitation (including Taxes), such as additional Team Member Seats or Workspaces used over Your allotment (“Overage Fees”). Overage Fees are due within 14 days of invoice date.
4. EVENT CONTENT
When you use StreamYard Studio, Event Content includes recordings of live streams and pre-loaded audio, video, or other content that You elect to store or edit on the Platform.
