Moderated sessions are great to run workshops, roundtables and other discussions
that truly involve your audience. If you've been given the opportunity to lead one of these sessions or be the main speaker in one,this video will show you how to access the session and use the control panel.
First, you'll need to access the event. You can do this through your confirmation email or with the link to the event that the organizer provided you.
Once in the event,head to the Sessions area and select the session that you are moderating.
Then, click the share audio and video button . Don't worry! You'll have the chance to check your audio and video settings before being live on screen. You'll probably see a notification from your browser asking you to share audio and video permissions with the website.
Click on allow and then use this window to select the camera and microphone you want to use. You can also run a pre-event check to make sure that everything is working properly.
Click Apply and you'll be live!
From here you can:activate live captions to make the session more accessible. Turn off your camera or mute yourself. And share your screen, a Youtube video or use any other integrations that your event organizer has added to the session.
