To better understand your audience and make decisions that drive the results you want, data matters. That's why in this video we'll show you how to run reports that will give you the insightful data you need.
Once attendees start registering for your event, you can review and download the attendee list from the People > Attendees section of the event dashboard. Not only does this show you how many attendees signed up already, but also makes it easy to export the attendee data into your CRM database.
For deeper event and attendee insights, head to the Analytics > Reports section.
There you can run and download a great number of reports to measure the success of your event and its various aspects.
Get the full breakdown of who registered and attended your event and how your attendees participated, as well as their location and ticket details with the Attendees Report. These details might come in handy when analysing your attendee profiles.
You can also provide your vendors and sponsors with valuable insights from the Booth Engagement and Interactions reports. This is where you can track if attendees registered interest via the Call to action button in the expo area.
Another popular source of information is the Questions and Answers Report. It shows you all questions asked and answered during the event using the Q&A tab. Use this report to see if there are any attendees to follow up with in more detail.
The last report we want to mention here is the Poll Results Report. Throughout the event organisers and moderators can create quick polls to gather attendee opinions and keep them engaged. All poll questions and submitted answers can subsequently be found in the Poll Results Report, thus providing more valuable data.
As you can see, running reports is a great way to collect and analyse your event data and gain detailed insights into your event’s performance, helping you to plan more events in the future.
