Go to your inbox, and click on the link we sent you to enter the event's reception area where you'll find more information and see the schedule. On the left side, you'll find other areas of the event. Keep in mind that every event is unique and can have less areas or different names.
These are the two main areas where you can attend presentations and roundtables. The stage is often used for large presentations and when you are viewing it, no one hears you or sees you. The sessions are meant for smaller group meetings or roundtables where you have the option to share your audio and video. Before coming live on the screen

you'll be able to test your camera and microphone. Click apply when you are ready to join. If you prefer to attend the session as a viewer, you can interact in the chat. Each stage or session has their own text so you can comment about the topic that is being discussed on screen. For general comments about the event, use the event chat.

And if you wish to ask a question, use the Q&A tab to make it easier for organizers to reply. In the people section you'll see everyone that is in the event. Use these filters to look for specific people to connect with or join the networking area and meet other attendees. You'll be able to check your settings before joining a one on one time limited meeting.
