Treehouse aims to make education accessible to all races, genders, sexual orientations, and socio-economic backgrounds.
The team at Treehouse needed to launch their Treehouse Festival, a five-day event with 28 different speakers. The goal was two-fold: 1) shift to a remote-first environment and 2) help Treehouse students prepare for their learning journey.
The Treehouse Festival needed an online event venue that could facilitate presentations, fireside chats, panel discussions, live Q&A, and networking.
Treehouse partnered with Hopin to create an engaging online virtual experience in just two months that allowed students the flexibility to interact in a live setting. The Treehouse Festival created a branded interactive event using the Hopin platform that allowed students to flow smoothly between the main stage for keynote presentations, multiple sessions, and networking.
The Treehouse Festival hosted 7,500 attendees. “We anticipated 10% of registered attendees to show up, and we had nearly 46% on the first two days,” shared Elizabeth Dominguez-Jackson, Event Manager at Treehouse.
