Serve as vice-president of sustainability and co-founder of the Center for Energy Efficiency & Sustainability at Trane Technologies (CEES) and am responsible for forward-looking sustainability initiatives aimed at transitioning to more efficient and climate-friendly solutions and minimizing resource use within company facilities. In addition, Tew serves as a thought leader in linking public policy, economic impacts and a value-stream approach to sustainability. His recent efforts have led to the development of world-class initiatives, including introduction of the company’s comprehensive 2030 targets, the creation of the EcoWiseTM portfolio, launch of the largest customer-facing corporate commitment to combat climate change with the Gigaton Challenge; and as a pioneer in integrated reporting. Most recently, the company received the World Environment Center’s Gold Medal for Sustainable Development, obtained a perfect score on the Corporate Equality Index and the company has been consecutively listed to the North America Dow Jones Sustainability Index for 10 years. Tew holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in environmental science and ecology from Livingston University. He serves on the Advisory Council of the Corporate Eco Forum; as the board chair of the World Environment Center; and as the chair of the US Business Council for Sustainable Development (USBCSD).

Hiba Mooney is Head of Climate and Environmental Strategy at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, responsible for the strategic development and implementation of HPE’s net-zero roadmap, sustainable and circular product design and materials sourcing through supply chain, in collaboration with product stewards, engineers, and sourcing teams. She also leads the company’s senior-level engagement with federal agencies on climate-related policy discussions. Hiba is a member of the Board of Directors at Clean Energy Buyers Association and she chairs the Climate Committee for ITI. Hiba previously led the Supply Chain Environmental Sustainability program at HPE, working directly with suppliers on their climate change programs, environmental capability building, and water risk mitigation practices. Prior to joining HPE, Hiba led and implemented the global environmental, health and safety (EHS) compliance, audit, and IT programs at Northrop Grumman Corporation. She also served on the Board of Directors for the International Aerospace Environmental Group, a collection of global aerospace and defense companies focused on developing environmental and sustainability best practices. Ms. Mooney earned her Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Virginia, with a minor in Engineering Business. After working as a consultant at an environmental firm, she went on to earn her Master of Environmental Management degree in Ecotoxicology and Environmental Health from Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment.

Prior to joining Edison, he served as a Practice Leader and Senior Project Director at global sustainability firm WSP, where he managed and supported Fortune 500 companies in science-based targets, net zero commitments, renewable energy roadmaps, and disclosures. With extensive experience in datacenter and cloud services sustainability strategy, Tim has led multiple projects to help clients operationalize strategy into executable implementation plans, also developing software solutions for clients to efficiently allocate and disclose customer emissions for supply chain sustainability transparency. A former Policy Advisor and Senior Climate Change Analyst at major global organizations, he has supported the U.S. EPA and California Air Resources Board in implementing mandatory greenhouse gas reporting. Tim holds a Master of Environmental Science and Management from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a B.A. in Philosophy from Wesleyan University.
