The Visitor Experience Forum provides opportunities for leaders of visitor-facing teams across a huge range of cultural and commercial attractions to discuss improving their visitors’ experiences at engaging and friendly networking events. Membership of the VE:Forum is free and open to anybody working in a visitor service senior management or leadership role, whether from a charity, a publicly-funded organisation, or a commercial operation. We welcome professionals from all sectors as we believe that by sharing ideas, experiences, best practices and stories of the good and the not-so-good outcomes of a project, all members can benefit.
