Transplant Families’ mission is to support and unite families who have children with solid organ or bone marrow transplants by providing support, inspiration, and education. We aim to help families make the most of life before, during, and after transplant. Transplant Families is a national 501(c)3 charity (EIN 82-2064952) and every dollar raised can be used to aid these families. Donations are tax-deductible and not a single penny goes to administrative payroll. Our major outreach event for every year is our virtual conference at the end of April to celebrate National Pediatric Transplant Week. In addition to an educational afternoon of special speakers, the event will feature contests, prizes, and an opportunity to connect with the community.
