We work hard to service families and individuals by providing the resources, support, and hope that they need to become self-sufficient, productive community members. Planning how best to address the needs of the homeless in South San Luis Obispo County today involves many caring citizens and community leaders, and we are taking a collaborative approach to meet the challenge.

Aspire Counseling Services
Our mission is to provide the top of the line treatment for individuals and families seeking relief from addiction and/or co-occurring disorders. Aspire Counseling Services® utilizes a variety of assessments, individualized treatment planning, group sessions, individual, couples and multi-family counseling, education and relapse prevention, co-dependency, self-esteem, anger, parenting, mindfulness skills, discharge planning, and aftercare.

CalHOPE
CalHOPE offers crisis counseling after a national declaration of emergency.

CAPSLO The Center
The Center is a free to low-cost reproductive health care clinic that is open to all! We offer all forms of birth control, pap smears, emergency contraception, STI testing, Hep C and HIV testing, Treament Medications, etc. Stop by our clinics in AG or SLO Today! The Center, your center for health and prevention!
CenCal Health
CenCal Health administers the Medi-Cal program in Sana Barbara Counties as a managed care organization. We contract with local providers that care for the health of our members.

Central Coast Hotline
Central Coast Hotline is a confidential mental health guidance, crisis and suicide prevention telephone line

County of SLO Behavioral Health Department
The County of SLO Behavioral Health Department is part of the Health Agency and works in collaboration with the community to provide services necessary to improve and maintain health and safety of individuals and families affected by mental illness and/or substance abuse.

Family Care Network
Family Care Network is a community based organization providing clinical and treatment services and support to children and youth in a family setting.
GALA Pride & Diversity Center
The GALA Pride & Diversity Center supports and empowers people of all sexual orientations, gender identities, and expressions to strengthen and unite our Central Coast Community. We provide support groups, educational programs, special events, and a space to find a local LGBTQ+ community.
Hospice of SLO County
We envision a community that recognizes death as a part of life, where all have access to support services, and where no one grieves without comfort.

Independent Living Resource Center, Inc.
The Independent Living Resource Center, Inc. is a non-profit advocacy organization that promotes independent living and full access for individuals with all types of disabilities.

National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)
NAMI is the National Alliance on Mental Illness, the nation's largest grassroots mental health organization

RISE
As a nonprofit organization that serves both victims of intimate partner violence and sexual assault/abuse and their loved ones, RISE provides comprehensive programs, services and resources to the community.

San Luis Obispo Counseling Services at Cal Poly
SLO Counseling Services at Cal Poly offers low-cost, short-term counseling and consultation to SLO County residents who do not qualify for County Mental Health Services or who cannot afford private psychotherapy. Counseling is available to children, youth, families, individuals, and couples.

Seneca Family of Agencies
Seneca Family of Agencies serves foster and/or adoptive children and families with mental health needs.
