The Inter-Provincial Association on Native Employment Westman Chapter Inc. (IANE-WC Inc.) is a non-political, non-profit, volunteer organization dedicated to advancing Indigenous employment through networking and sharing best employment practices. Collaborating with Native organizations, governments, industries, and unions, the organization aims to invest in the Indigenous workforce as a valuable resource. IANE-WC Inc.'s goals include providing value to members through surveys, member satisfaction monitoring, financial transparency, and bi-annual Board of Directors elections. Serving as a forum for stakeholders committed to Indigenous workforce participation, the organization promotes relevant programs, offers expertise through workshops, facilitates information exchange in regular meetings, and engages in events and career fairs. IANE-WC Inc. also seeks to foster partnerships by identifying collaboration opportunities and recognizing effective partnerships through awards.
