The FutureCast Foundation is a global think tank that performs research and advocacy concerning diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Our annual flagship event FutureCast, was named a Diversity & Inclusion Leader of the Year at the Inaugural Anthem Awards in 2022. Additionally, we produce the FutureCast Report, an annual white paper about the state of diversity and inclusion in a range of sectors in the US and abroad. Established in 2021 by Julian S.
