I’m experiencing trouble listening/viewing a session.
- Audio issues: In Hopin, you will be prompted to select your Microphone and Camera device so that people can hear and see you at the event, but if you are unable to select your options, it is probably because you need to give browser permissions for Hopin to access your devices or you need to update your browser version.
- Viewing issues: Please ensure you’re using the supported web browsers, Google Chrome and Firefox. Pro tip: Make sure your browser is up to date. Here are instructions for updating Chrome and here for Firefox.
