Daphne is an Environmental Engineer at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) with 25 years of experience. Specializing in Environmental Justice, Daphne uses her experience to help ensure that the needs and concerns of minority and low-income communities are considered and addressed when environmental decisions are made and/or implemented.
