Adam builds innovative solutions that help ecommerce brands rapidly grow abandonment revenues and first-party, owned audiences.Before Retention.com, he bootstrapped Robly Email Marketing, an Email Marketing and Marketing Automation SaaS to an 8 figure exit as Co-Founder/CEO. Before that, he was a Credit Default Swap trader at Lehman Brothers (yes, like the big short). Krista Pisciotta is a Technology Partner Manager at ShipBob, a tech enabled 3PL that fulfills eCommerce orders for direct-to-consumer brands. She started at ShipBob in 2022 but has industry experience of over a year. She manages all of ShipBob's technology partners.

Rohan Kapoor

Senior Platform Partnerships Manager

Rohan manages strategic partnerships for Platforms and Tech Partners at Gorgias. Prior to joining Gorgias, he initiated the investor partnership program at Clearco, a revenue-based source of financing for D2C eCommerce brands. He also spent just over 3 years at the Toronto Stock Exchange, working closely with companies in the junior marketplace (TSXV) to help them better connect to more qualified and meaningful pools of capital. He is passionate about helping companies scale through various means, to ultimately help them reach success.

Known as Sendlane’s “Brand Warrior'', Caitlin is credited for the bold, disruptive, and innovative branding behind the pink envelope. Joining Sendlane as the 6th employee and the 1st marketing hire, Caitlin has since worked diligently alongside the CEO to nurture the department into the high-performing and creative powerhouse it is today.
