Cystic Fibrosis Discovery Core

The Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Emory University Cystic Fibrosis Discovery Core (CF Discovery Core) was established in 2010 to promote interdisciplinary research into the pathogenesis of cystic fibrosis (CF). Over the past decade, the CF Discovery Core has significantly increased its activities through leveraging of institutional funds, philanthropic contributions, and grant support from agencies such as NIH and the CF Foundation.

Petit Institute Core Facilities

The Petit Institute's state-of-the-art research facilities, known as "Core Facilities," serve as a shared resource for the bioengineering and bioscience community. Consultation, training, and technical support is available for a variety of research projects. Users have access to over 100 pieces of lab equipment totaling over $30 million.

Center for Systems Imaging CORE (CSIC)

The purpose of the Center for Systems Imaging CORE (CSIC) is to provide a cross-disciplinary scientific, administrative, and educational home for in vivo imaging at Emory University. Our facilities provide core services for human and animal imaging studies to investigators in the Emory Community.
