Scheduling Meetings
We send out list of registrants shortly before the conference. Having the list of registrants enables you to prepare for networking with the most important contacts for you.
To build meaningful connections, Hopin gives you the opportunity to schedule meetings just like in an in-person conference. This feature allows you to send out meeting invitations for up to 4 other attendees (limit to 5 attendees per meeting) for specific time. When a meeting is scheduled, the recipient of the invite is notified when they enter the event - or immediately if they’re already in the event - via the notification area at the top right of the screen. From there, they can accept or decline the invite.
