With each new customer comes unique goals and challenges. As any good events agency knows, it's vital to find a platform that works for each client's specific needs. For a recent automotive launch event (and many others), Hopin was FCM's platform of choice.

This kind of event would usually be hosted in person, however, because of the pandemic, this was not an option. So FCM's main challenge was finding a way of driving the same type of energy, inspiration and engagement without attendees being able to smell, touch, and see the vehicle in the flesh.
To drive buzz pre-event, FCM hosted teaser content on Hopin that featured in pre-event communications, resulting in an impressive 80% conversion rate for event invites. They also customized the event's look and feel to ensure it was in line with the new car's colors and branding.
